I've forgotten my password

It's simple to reset your password.

1. Go to your “Venues Dashboard” portal (if you don't know the URL please click here)
2. Click the “Forgot Password” button just above where it says "Log In"
3. Input your email address you signed up with
4. Confirm your email address
5. Click "Reset Password"
6. You'll receive an email with a password reset link
7. Click this link
8. Enter a new password
9. You're now in your account with a new password

If you do not receive the 'Reset Password' email please check your junk mail/email box - the email will come from [e-mail]
