What happens if I'm going to be late?

If you're going to be late, we strongly suggest that you edit your booking to align with your new arrival time and to print your new pass. If you are unable to print the new pass, we suggest that when at the venue, that you show it to the Loading Dock Staff/Marshalls on a smartphone or tablet if possible.

If you are late and there is space available, the traffic team/loading bay staff will try to accommodate you, however if there isn’t space available you may have to park. You can do so in our south parking lot or the yard. This is because the venue can not have cars parked on surrounding area streets waiting for you access time. Here you will have to wait to be accommodated.
